1.Free service: SPS does not charge warehousing and merchandise processing fees, and there is no limitation on the number of warehousing parcels. We provide the free service of consolidating small pieces of parcels (without unpacking) into a case (the case size: 60*50*50cm, 20kg).  

Note: To ensure the integrity of the cargos, we do not unpack parcels of small domestic appliances in original packaging and fragile items (such as porcelain and tableware).

3. Charge Standard: For general freight: RMB210/0.1 CBM; for sensitive cargo: RMB260/0.1 CBM.

4. Prohibited Items: The transport of any meat, egg yolk, and meat-containing products, cigarettes and e-cigarettes, plant seeds, live animal specimens, and epidemic prevention materials is prohibited.

*Categories of items that need consulting customer service reps: Food, skin care products, cosmetics, drugs, batteries, chemicals, electronic products, controlled knives, etc.;

* For items made of wood, bamboo, and rattan, the consignor must confirm with On Jet’s customer service reps before warehousing whether fumigation is required.

5. Order Cut-Off Provisions:

SPS cuts off the orders every Thursday (at 4 p.m. New Zealand time) and arranges container loading and shipping every Tuesday.

* The order cut-off time is the generation time of the customer’s consolidated shipment order submitted online. The order may not be changed (added/deleted) once it is generated! An additional fee for corresponding procedures applies if you want to cancel your order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically deemed as a failed order.

6. Transport Period: We employ non-stop express ships. Note: It takes about 2 weeks to process export/import customs clearance and import/export dock operations.

 *Additional time is required for delivery to rural areas, subject to local delivery efficiency in New Zealand. Delivery will be delayed on statutory holidays.in the case of customs inspection (the customers shall pay fees incurred herein), bad weather and force majeure, etc.

7. Size Requirements: The requirements to meet SPS packaging size are as follows:

--The maximum length of any side of the parcel is 180 cm (1.8 m). An additional overlength fee applies in the case of overlength.  

--The maximum weight of a single case is 25kg. An additional overweight charge applies in the case of overweight.

8. NZ Customs Declaration Requirements:

--If the declared cargo value of a single order exceeds NZD400.00, a customs declaration fee will be charged at NZD50.00; if the declared value exceeds NZD1000.00, a customs declaration fee will be charged at NZD95.00.

--If the total cargo value declared exceeds NZD1000.00, the cargo will incur an import duty in New Zealand with an amount equal to (cargo value+freight)*15%, which shall be paid by the customer.

-- If a bill is subject to duty payment.customs.MPI inspection, the actual costs incurred herein should be reimbursed.

9. Collection Period: Each bill is entitled to 4 weeks of free storage in On Jet’s domestic warehouses. Please apply to our customer service rep for a storage extension. If the free storage period is exceeded, the consignor whose cargo has not been out of the warehouse must pay the storage fee at RMB5.00/0.1 CBM per day after being informed twice.

10. Compensation/Insurance:

(1) The above quotation does not include cargo insurance;

(2) If any parcel is lost, the compensation limit of our company is NZD200.00 per order;

(3) The cargo insurance needs to be purchased separately, which is voluntary. The premium is charged at 2% of the total cargo value declared by the customer;

(4) Our company will pay out the compensation per the declared cargo value;

(5) Any claim must be submitted within 7 days after the customer receives the parcel and will not be accepted after the deadline; (6) Fragile items, liquids, and chemicals are not covered by cargo insurance. It is recommended to reinforce the outer packaging.protect the parcels of these cargos with wooden frames/crates.  

11. The final authority for interpreting these terms and conditions rests with On Jet Logistic Ltd.
