1. On Jet Warehousing Number - Please ensure that your exclusive warehousing number is marked on the logistics document and the outer box of the cargo; otherwise, our domestic warehouse will refuse to accept the cargo of this order.
2. Before the cargo warehousing, you need to provide the logistics document number.related logistics information about the truck delivery of the bill to our customer service reps.
3. If a bill cargo shipped into the warehouse is in multiple pieces/pallets, the customer should provide the number of pieces/pallets of the bill cargo as early as possible. To avoid additional waiting time for unloading, please let the domestic courier contact our warehouse by phone before delivery. (Tel: 13674022032)
4. When you arrange truck delivery into our domestic warehouse, if you need our warehouse workers to unload the cargo, you need to pay the unloading fee to the warehouse and note that the delivery truck should bring its own tailboard to dock with our warehouse’s unloading platform. Otherwise, the warehouse may refuse to accept the cargo.
5. We can make the payment of the domestic freight payable at the destination on behalf of the customer. However, the customer has to pay this fee in advance.
6. If the warehousing cargo of a bill contains wooden frames/crates, please ensure that there is no mould.bark on the wooden strips; otherwise, additional handling fees will be incurred.
7. If a bill cargo is fragile (e.g. glass), the cargo must be properly racked/crated before entering the warehouse, and the customer must submit a letter of indemnity for fragile items before loading the container.
8. Please note that there is no compensation for the delivery delay.cargo damage resulting from the regular ship/shipping schedule. If the consignor needs to purchase marine insurance separately, please contact our customer service rep.
9. If a single piece of cargo is longer than 2.8 m on one side.weighs more than 60 kg, please contact our customer service rep before warehousing. Overlength/overweight charges will apply depending on the actual situation of the specific cargo.
Please note:
a) Please review and confirm the consignment bill. If Party A has no objection before container loading, the cargo is deemed verified.
b) Please fill in the important contents on the consignment bill by yourself. We are not responsible for any consequences caused by the consignment bill filled in by our company.
c) Please inform us of any changes to your shipment within 2 working days before the order cut-off time.
d) Please note that the warehouse collection hours are 08:00-12:00, 14:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday and subject to our notices as for holidays.
